At West Chester, Lubking head coached field hockey and lacrosse for 10 years, and was an Associate Athletic Director, Interim Athletic Director, and a full professor.

As a career highlight, she cites serving simultaneously as the president of the United States Women’s Lacrosse Association and the Philadelphia Women’s Field Hockey Association.

In 2001, Lubking was inducted into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame in Baltimore. She has also been inducted into the West Chester University Hall of Fame and the Philadelphia/Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter Hall of Fame.
