The 2024 Abington Art Center Summer Concert Series will return on Thursdays from June 27 through August 1.
Each night will feature a diverse lineup of regional sounds, food trucks, vendor booths, bounce houses, and entertainment for all ages. The free concerts will also feature a Craft Beverage Pavilion to showcase a rotation of local breweries, distilleries, and mocktail makers.
“I am so excited about this year’s lineup and programming. It has been an honor to share the planning process with such a great team in a beautiful space, for an awesome community,” director Joe Montone said.
After setting a new attendance record of 3,000 total guests in 2023, organizers are welcoming more music and new talent to the stage this year.
June 27 kicks off with a homegrown fusion of hip-hop, R&B, and soul from Elkins Park native NariYella, who appeared on The Voice in March 2023. Her debut EP, “To be Loved”, was released earlier this year.
MAFIA (Middle Aged Funk In Abington) will follow with a mix of funk, hip-hop, pop, and rock classics.
“They are the premier party band in Montgomery County and finalists in their own rite as part of the
102.9 WMGK House Band Competition,” Montone said.
