Hatboro resident searching for identity of hit-and-run driver

Kyle Mueller, a resident of Jacksonville Road in Hatboro, is searching for the identity of a vehicle and/or driver involved in a hit-and-run at 12:14pm on Saturday, August 23.

According to Mueller, the collision totaled his brother’s project car and damaged his girlfriend’s car.

“My brother put a lot of money into it. It’s like a track car. He talked to the guy at a neighboring business, but they didn’t have cameras,” Mueller told Glenside Local, noting that Hatboro police have been notified and said they will use traffic cameras equipped with AI technology.

“They said they’re going to search for all red pickups in the area. They’re hoping to find a plate number that way,” he said.

Steven Kucera, whose car was damaged, provided a photo of the truck:

If you have any information regarding the incident or the driver/vehicle, you can contact the Hatboro Police Department at (215) 675-4400.
