Hatboro police issue arrest warrant for 19-year-old man charged with indecent sexual assault, strangulation, corruption of minors, terroristic threats, among other charges

The Hatboro Police Department announced today that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Dominic DiGiulio, 19, who has been charged with alleged indecent sexual assault, strangulation, corruption of minors, terroristic threats, among other charges.

Hatboro detectives began an investigation into a reported sexual assault that occurred on the 200 Block of Jacksonville Road on July 26, which led to DiGiulio’s arrest warrant.

  • (1 COUNT) (18) 2706 (A)(1) TERRORISTIC THREATS (M1)
  • (18) 3126 (A)(1) INDECENT ASSAULT WITHOUT CONSENT
  • (1 COUNT) (18) 2701 (A)(1) SIMPLE ASSAULT
