The Galman Group, a real estate developer located in The Pavilion business complex in Jenkintown, will host a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony for The Flats at Jenkintown on Thursday, May 16 at 11:00am.

The 150,000 sf complex has 104 luxury apartments and townhomes within The Pavilion Town Center at 1300 Greenwood Avenue. The community welcomed its first residents in early 2023.

Following the ribbon-cutting, guests are invited to tour the space. Food and beverages from local establishments will be served in The Flats’ outdoor patio and resident lounge until 2:00pm.

According to Apartments.com, The Flats’ one-bedrooms cost $2,148 – $2,183 per month, one-bedroom dens run $2,199 – $2,309, two-bedroom apartments run $2,799 – $2,884, and two-bedroom townhomes run $3,334 – $3,439.

Amenities include two large dog parks, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a gaming room, a conference room, a resident lounge with a kitchen and bar for events, covered parking with electric vehicle charging stations, and more.
