The Bucks County Sheriff’s Office issued a bench warrant for Edward Lehner, 34, of Glenside on September 30 for failure to appear for Pre-Trial Conference/Guilty Plea. 

In November 2024, Lehner and Angelica Benetz, also of Glenside, were arrested for stealing $1,391.43 from a Target at 401 Easton Road in Warrington Township on September 18.

According to the report, Warrington police were informed by loss prevention that a male and female entered the store on September 1 and September 14 and were observed switching bar codes on merchandise.

On September 1 the pair switched bar codes for a total loss of $679.96, following by a loss of $711.47 on September 14.
