Michael Petrocik, 63, of Glenside, is facing multiple criminal counts in connection with the death of Mary T. Duffy, 61, who was hit and killed by a car while walking her dog last December. Petrocik waived his preliminary hearing last week and was held for trial.

The incident occurred in Huntingdon Valley on the 3000 block of Philmont Avenue on Dec. 29, 2021. The dog escaped injury.

Petrocik is charged with felony counts of homicide by vehicle, homicide by vehicle while DUI, three separate misdemeanor DUI counts other summary citations.
