The building that housed Gamburg’s Furniture Store for 94 years is up for sale and lease.
The 52,000 sf building at 101 S York Road, Hatboro, just outside of Upper Moreland Township, now has two For Sale signs on its exterior, borough officials said.
The 1.47-acre property has potential for 80+ parking spaces and has improvements assessed at $848,650.

The store first announced its closure on Facebook in August. The curtain call came in November, and its windows have been boarded up since February.
