1,700 sf of retail space at 401 York Road in Jenkintown (Abington Township) is available for lease.

According to the listing, the space will be available on December 2 and has 10 apartment units in the building.

The location was Oswald’s Pharmacy until it closed in 2024. It has since been renovated.
