Omar “Big O” Cruickshank, owner and head instructor of Crush Crew Jiu-jitsu in Flourtown, will be holding a free self-defense seminar for teenage girls from 6:00pm to 7:30pm on Friday, February 23 at A-Game Fitness & Performance LLC, 825 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown.

Walk-ins are welcomed at the event.
