Flaco’s Dance Factory of Jenkintown is hosting the second annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration during the Jenkintown Night Market on Tuesday, September 17.

The event will include a live concert by Magdaliz Roura y su Ensemble Crisol, dance lessons, performances, and food.
