By engaging in a short daily meditation practice, you can heal racing and anxious thoughts and bring about inner health, spaciousness and lucidity. This enables us to enjoy our life, and to become a peaceful and calm presence for our friends, family and co-workers. Sundays, 11am-12pm. $15 per class.
