The Design Review Board will hold a public meeting tonight, Tuesday, September 25th, 6:30 PM at Borough hall. he DRB will hold this public meeting to review and provide comments to the Applicant and Borough Council on the Land Development plans submitted by Roizman Development Inc./Summit House Associates 2018 LLC – 610 Summit Avenue, Jenkintown, Pa 19046. The Design Review Board will be reviewing the exterior design features and materials. The project is to construct an age restricted, 64 unit apartment building at 610 Summit Avenue which is in the Neighborhood Commercial Residential Zoning District.
