More than 30 vendors will offer a variety of cuisine from food trucks. The festival is scheduled from 5:30 to 9 p.m. and is sponsored by Arcadia University, Cheltenham Township, and the Downtown Glenside Foundation. A rain date is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 23. The Downtown Glenside Foundation (DGF) is a non-profit organization working to enhance the life, experience, and culture of Downtown Glenside through community projects, art and events. Easton Road from Waverly to Glenside avenues will be closed to vehicular traffic for the food truck festival beginning at 5:30 p.m. West Glenside Avenue will remain open to traffic, while East Glenside Avenue will be closed beginning at Easton Road.
