Philadelphia Eagles’ Hall of Famer Seth Joyner joined employees at Jefferson Abington Hospital on Wednesday, September 3 for “Breakfast with the Birds,” a pep rally ahead of the team’s season opener against the Dallas Cowboys.

Joyner rallied the crowd with a rendition of the Eagles’ fight song, shared personal anecdotes about his NFL career, and answered questions from the audience. The event included a grab-and-go breakfast, rally towel giveaways, photo and autograph opportunities, and a preview of Jefferson Health’s newest Eagles’ commercial.

In 2024, Jefferson Health, an industry leader in clinical and compassionate care, announced a multi-year agreement that designated it as the Official Health System Partner of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Marking the start of its “Champions of Care” campaign, Jefferson Health hosted similar employee pep rally events at its hospital locations in Center City Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley and Washington Township, New Jersey.
