DH Property Holdings, a regional development and investment firm, has purchased an industrial complex at 850 Davisville Road in Willow Grove (Upper Moreland Township), according to a press release.

The facility houses a 36,597 sf warehouse with 10 drive-in doors and 81 car parking spaces, as well as 1.1 acres of rentable outdoor storage space.

The facility was fully leased to six tenants at the time of sale, according to the press release. 

The location is currently leased by Billows Electric Supply and was formerly leased by Valley Power Electric Supply and S & C Truck Sales, both of which have since closed.
