Arcadia University’s men’s ice hockey team was featured by NBC10 for welcoming Eli, an 11-year-old from Northeast Philadelphia who has a rare genetic disorder.

“We’re incredibly proud of our student-athletes and the meaningful connections they build through Team IMPACT,” the university said in a post. “Eli’s story is a powerful example of resilience, perseverance, and the strength found in being part of a team. We’re honored our rink can be a second home, and that Eli continues to shine so brightly in the face of every challenge.”
