Annual Rockledge Fall Festival and Car Show scheduled for September 10, looking for vendors, cars and sponsors

The annual Rockledge Fall Festival and Car Show will be held on Sunday, September 10 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm on Huntingdon Pike.

Proceeds from the festival assist in funding the Rockledge Borough Police Department’s Community Policing programs. The festival includes a car show, pet rescue and adoption fair, public safety displays, fun and games for kids of all ages, and vendors.

The vendor registration form, car registration form, and sponsor form are available for those interested.

Rockledge police recently held a preparation meeting for the event. From the Department’s post:

As you know, this special event will impact vehicular traffic, including Septa buses, along Huntingdon Pike throughout the entire length of the Borough. Our officers, Public Works crews, and volunteers will be closing down Huntingdon Pike and other streets by 10:00a.m. They will remain closed until police re-open the area, which should be approximately 10:00p.m., so please plan accordingly.

Last year’s Car Show was quite a success. The event’s organizer, Harold Praediger, and his team are planning on making this year’s event better, so come out and join us for what’s sure to be a great day to have fun with your family, friends, and neighbors. See you there!

This message will serve as the first public notification about this event. Updates regarding road closures and other information will be posted with subsequent public notifications as we get closer to that date.

Thank you for supporting the Rockledge Police Department.
