Becky Kesslick, a Glenside resident and certified athletic trainer, is now offering mobile personal training, athletic training, and sports performance/rehab services.
Kesslick is a former athletic trainer at Einstein Orthopedics in Elkins Park and the current athletic trainer for Girard College in Philadelphia. She earned her degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Training from Temple University in 2000 and has spent her 20-year career working in sports clinics, helping athletes stay healthy and perform at their best.
She recently teamed up with Body by Reuben, a sports performance outfit based in Royersford.
“I decided it was time to go out of my own. I wanted to help people with movement and rehab,” she said. “We’re looking for athletes and weekend warriors who get banged up and need some help. No gym, no commute, just expert coaching at your front door. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, feel more mobile, recover from an injury, or just focused on getting moving, I’d love to chat.”

Kesslick said she’s able to meet at clients’ homes, nearby training facilities, parks, or “anywhere the client wants. I can bring equipment and everything we need for the workout.”
She is currently offering free 45-minute free consultations for both individual and group sessions. Multiple packages are available for clients.
