The Abington Township Board of Commissioners will host a public hearing on Tuesday, January 30 at 6:30pm to discuss a Conditional Use application for the proposed life care facility and nursing home at 1209 Rydal Road.

The meeting is a continuation from a November Conditional Use Hearing and will take place at Penn State Abington’s Sutherland Building Auditorium located at 1600 Woodland Road.

The applicant, Chaverim Realty Partners, LLC, is requesting approval for a Life Care Facility (Continuing Care) and a Nursing Home in the R-1 Low-Density Residential Zoning District, officials said.
