The Abington Raiders are heading to Disney World on Sunday, December 3 to play in the Pop Warner Super Bowl.

The team of 10-year-olds was crowned the Eastern Region and BuxMont 10U Div 1 champions in November.

Now the Raiders will take on a team from Santa Cruz, California in the national championship quarterfinals.

The Super Bowl spans from December 1 to December 9 at Camping World Stadium.

“We feel like we have one of the best players in the country at 10 years old,” Don Watkins, the head coach of Abington, told CBS Philadelphia. “We’ve had a group that’s really dedicated and just trying to get better every week, as far the coaching staff. The kids feed off it, for sure.”

The team launched a GoFundMe to help with travel costs.
