The Hatboro Police Department announced today that Ely Diaz-Jimenez, 48, provided false information while attempting to purchase a firearm at Continental Armory, located at 9 S York Road.

According to the report, Pennsylvania State Police notified Hatboro officials on June 29 of the falsification and purchase attempt.

A warrant was obtained for Diaz-Jimenez’s arrest following an investigation. If you know of his whereabouts, please contact Hatboro police or submit a tip.
