The Abington Township Police Department announced that the CVS Pharmacy at 2622 Jenkintown Road in Glenside was robbed at gunpoint at approximately 7:30am on Saturday, June 13.

According to the report, a male suspect entered the store, presented a firearm, and gave commands to the employee who cooperated. He fled the store and left the area.

Police said there is no threat to the community and that detectives processed the scene.
