A 325,000 sf flex industrial building at 500 Virginia Drive in Fort Washington has been sold for $50.5 million, The Philadelphia Business Journal reported.

The property had been owned since 2019 by Alliance HP, which later renovated the space in 2022. Connecticut-based Westport Capital Partners and New York-based Ajax Partners are the buyers, The Journal said.

Tenants currently include advanced manufacturer Avo Photonics and technology and manufacturing company Honeywell. The property has 1,397 parking spaces.
