Lower Moreland police arrest woman for possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia

The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Victoria Jovinelly, 32, for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

According to the report, police saw Jovinelly walking near the 2200 block of Huntingdon Pike in Huntingdon Valley on the afternoon of July 18. She “was stumbling and appeared lethargic, with slow and slurred speech,” police said.

An investigation revealed drugs and drug paraphernalia on her person. Jovinelly was subsequently arrested on the following charges:

  • (1) COUNT OF INTENTIONAL POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE BY
  • (7) COUNTS OF USE/POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
