The Greater Glenside Patriotic Association (GGPA) will host its 10th annual “Keep the Parade Running” fundraiser on Saturday, April 15 at 8:00am.

Sign-ups for the 5K and 1 mile walk can be found here. There are 10 age categories for the race, which starts and ends at North Penn Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 676, Jenkintown and Easton Roads. 

The event is crucial to keeping alive Glenside’s three-tier, family-friendly Independence Day celebration. It helps pay the nearly $70,000 cost of the 4th of July festivities, which include a children’s program, after-dark fireworks, and, of course, the nationally-renowned Glenside Parade.
