23-year-old who had been missing since July 19 has been found, police say

The Whitemarsh Township Police Department announced today that Paul Asman, the 23-year-old who had been missing since July 19, has been located and reunited with his family.

Asman went missing from Fort Washington and was spotted taking a train to Jefferson Station and the Fashion District in Philadelphia the night he went missing.

“Thank you to everyone that spread the word and attempted to assist with locating this young man,” the department said.

According to North Penn Now, Asman’s mother said he was found in Somerdale, New Jersey. She said the family will seek treatment for his mental health crisis.
