The Women’s Center of Montgomery County, located at 318 Leedom Street in Jenkintown, was featured by 6ABC this week.

The center is now in its 50th year and offers education, a domestic violence support group, legal resources, temporary housing and relocation, and a 24/7 hotline. Proceeds from Second Chances Thrift Shoppe, an in-house store, support the center.

The center is hosting a 50th anniversary gala celebration from 6:00pm – 8:00pm on Thursday, October 15 at The Highlands in Fort Washington.
