Lisa Tertel, 47, of the Willow Grove section of Upper Moreland Township, was arrested on Friday, July 18 by the Falls Township Police Department on her four bench warrants, the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office announced.

A bench warrant was issued for Tertel on November 13, 2023, after she failed to appear for her arraignment. In 2015, she was charged with retail theft and failure to appear in court.
