The Warwick Township Police Department (Jamison, Bucks County) concluded today an investigation into a road rage incident that occurred around 4:30pm on Monday, September 8 on York Road in Warwick Township involving a Willow Grove man.

According to the report, an unnamed adult male from Willow Grove was operating a passenger vehicle, a Warrington resident was operating a red motorcycle, and an unlicensed juvenile was operating an unregistered motorcycle.

During the altercation, Mr. Aiden Ertwine “intentionally damaged the passenger car’s mirror, provoking a pursuit involving the vehicle and the two motorcycles,” police said in a press release. The juvenile was filmed crossing the property of Jamison Elementary School “where he encountered school personnel. Upon confrontation, he promptly exited the premises. Several students participating in after-school programs were outside at the time, but no contact or injuries occurred.”

Warwick Township Police released the photo above showing staff confronting the motorcyclist. 

Ertwine was charged with Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle/Property & Criminal Mischief. The Willow Grove male was charged with Careless Driving & Obedience to Traffic Control Devices. The juvenile was charged with Trespass by Motor Vehicle, Proper Class of License Required, & Operating an Unregistered Vehicle, police said.
