Description: Cut back invasive plants, perform trail maintenance, and plant native trees, shrubs, and flowers.

Jefferson Abington Hospital: Teen and Adult Volunteer Program
Description: Volunteers aged 16 and older have the opportunity to volunteer with a variety of departments and programs.

Jefferson Abington Hospital: Safe Harbor Program
Description: Our bereavement volunteers are specially trained to work with children and adults to create a healing environment.

Carnival Night at the Kisses for Kyle Foundation
Date: May 16, 2026, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EDT
Location: 2832 Mount Carmel Ave., Glenside

Description: The Kisses for Kyle Foundation helps families battling pediatric cancer. We are having a private Family Fun Carnival Night on Saturday, May 16th from 5-8pm in Glenside PA for our families with games, prizes, music, characters, art projects and other fun. We need volunteers to help with food set-up, clean-up, assistance with games, prizes and dressing up in character costumes.

Front Desk Associate – Tabor Children’s Services

Description: Volunteers needed for front desk coverage – receiving calls, greeting visitors & clients, processing paperwork and managing front desk area. This position will report to the Executive Assistant/Office Manager.

A life story volunteer capture a patient’s meaninful moments and can develop a scrap book or other ideas to capture a biography featuring the patient recalling his or her life stories.

Upper Dublin Triathlon: Kisses for Kyle Foundation
Date: May 17, 2026, 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM EDT
Location: Upper Dublin High School, 800 Loch Alsh Ave., Fort Washington

Description: Come help at the UD Triathlon, help is needed for race course, finish line, clean-up, hydration station. Various shifts beginning at different times.

Adult Tutoring: Upper Moreland Free Public Library
Available Times: Weekdays (daytime, evenings), Weekends (daytime, evenings)
Location: 109 Park Ave, Willow Grove

Description: Join our team of tutors to help adult students in the Willow Grove area as they prepare for their GED; learn basic educational skills: reading, writing and math; or learn English as another language. Volunteer training & support is provided by the Literacy Council of Norristown.
