The Upper Moreland Police Department has shared the details of the following arrests:

Christina Tull

Tull, 44, of Philadelphia was arrested on August 14 at 11:03am for Unauthorized Use Motor/Other Vehicle (M2), Receiving Stolen Property (F3) and Receiving Stolen Property (M3).

According to police, an officer was alerted to a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Philadelphia and was being operated in the area of York Road and Moreland Road in Willow Grove by Tull, who was not authorized to be in possession of or operate the vehicle. 

Isaac Clemens

Clemens, 54, of Pottstown was arrested on August 2 at 3:59pm for Possession of a Controlled Substance (M) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M).

Police said an officer observed Clemens using a controlled substance in a public space at 122 Park Avenue in Willow Grove.

Melissa Protinick

Protinick, 38, of Willow Grove was arrested on August 10 at 3:52am for DUI – General Impairment (M).

During a traffic stop, Protinick was found to be impaired and operating a motor vehicle in the area of Welsh Road and Computer Avenue in Willow Grove, police said.

Frederick Jerome

Jerome, 54, of Philadelphia was arrested on August 11 at 3:03am for DUI (M).

During a traffic stop, Jerome was found to be impaired and operating a motor vehicle in the area of Moreland Road and Davisville Road in Willow Grove, police said.

William Allan Jordan

Jordan, 34, of Horsham was arrested on August 10 at 12:56pm for Possession of a Controlled Substance (M) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M).

Police said an officer stopped the vehicle Jordan was operating after being alerted that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

During a search, Jordan was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
