The Upper Moreland Township Board of Commissioners recently recognized Police Officers Craig Bald and Detective-Sergeant Todd Smith for the identification and arrest of three individuals wanted for an unsolved homicide in Philadelphia.

The board also recognized the Upper Moreland’s Fire Department, the Second Alarmers Rescue Squad and a civilian for life-saving measures taken on behalf of Tammy Remig who suffered a cardiac arrest at Miller’s Ale House in March.
