The Upper Moreland Police Department released several arrests made in recent weeks, including charges of simple assault, DUI, retail theft, and defiant trespass.
Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats and Harassment
Matthew Wood, 27, of Willow Grove was arrested for Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats and Harassment on Easton Road on February 4 at 11:36pm.
Police said Wood is accused of causing injury to another person during a physical altercation.
Driving Under the Influence
Justin Houk, 28, of Richboro was arrested for two counts of Driving Under the Influence at 3755 Davisville Road, Hatboro on January 20 at 3:36am.
Police said Houk was arrested following an investigation of a motor vehicle accident where he was found to be operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
Brian Aguado, 47, of Philadelphia was arrested for Driving Under the Influence on January 30 at 1:35pm near Terwood Road and Edgehill Road in Willow Grove.
Police said Aguado was arrested following a motor vehicle crash investigation where he was found to be operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
Defiant Trespass
Timothy Keller, 58, no fixed address, was arrested for Defiant Trespass at the Courtyard Marriott, 2350 Easton Road in Willow Grove, on February 19, 2024 at 8:14pm.
Police said Keller was arrested after returning to a business he had previously been officially trespassed from.
Retail Theft, Possession of Marijuana
Christopher Ryan Homan (pictured above), 42, of Warminster was arrested for Retail Theft on February 10, at 5:17pm at the Weis Market, 2100 E County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley.
Homan is accused of stealing $388 worth of merchandise from Weis.
Abigail Rivera, 20, and Nasira Wilson, 20, of Philadelphia were arrested for Retail Theft and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana on February 10, at 2:54pm.
Rivera and Wilson are accused of stealing $70 worth of merchandise and $90 worth of jewelry and household items, respectively, from the Five Below at 110 Park Avenue in Willow Grove.
They were also found to be in possession of marijuana, police said.
