The Upper Moreland High School marching unit took first place at the Cavalcade of Bands State Championships held at Warwick High School in Lititz on Saturday, November 4.

The unit competed in the Patriot Open Division and finished with a winning score of 97. They also earned awards for High Visual, High Overall Effect Visual and High Color Guard.
