Abington’s Bands in the Boneyard

The Abington Senior High School Marching Ghosts will host their annual Bands in the Boneyard on Saturday, October 25 at 5:00pm.

The first band takes the field at 6:00pm. Tickets will be available at the main gate, and concessions, spirit wear, candygrams, and airgrams will be available for purchase.

2nd annual Jenkintown Trunk or Treat & Block Party

The Jenkintown Borough Recreation Board is hosting a Trunk or Treat & Halloween Block Party on Saturday, October 26 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm on Johnson Street between West & Cherry.

The kids’ portion will take place from 4:00pm – 6:00pm, and the block party is from 4:00pm – 8:00pm. The event was organized by the Jenkintown Recreation Board and spearheaded by Mel from the Keep Easy Meadery. It will feature games, beer, music, food, and an adult costume contest with hot toddies to go.

Jenkintown Borough’s Recreation Board will host its annual Pumpkin Drop & Chili Cook-off at Town Square on Sunday, November 2.
