Montgomery County officials announced today that two residents of Cheltenham Township are among the 11 deaths due to Coronavirus since yesterday (note that deaths occurred over two-to-three days). The victims are a 72-year-old female and a 61-year-old female.
The total number of deaths in the county is now 43. The local death total is three in Cheltenham and four in Abington.
There have been 108 new positive test results for Coronavirus in the county since yesterday. That brings the new total to 1,402.
The latest local numbers are:
- Abington Township is at 103, which is 12 more than yesterday
- Cheltenham Township is at 105, which is seven more than yesterday
- Jenkintown is at 11, which is the same as yesterday
