The Upper Moreland School District announced that high school musicians Taryn Carson, Aiden Rodriguez, and Aiden Houck have earned spots in the Pennsylvania Music Educators (PMEA) District 11 Band & Orchestra.

Houck also advanced to the Region VI Honors Band, which represents the best musicians from District 11 and District 12. She has the opportunity to audition for the All-State band ensembles.

The district also noted that students Holly Pfizenmayer and Amelia Soleau (pictured below) placed among the top ten finalists at the PMEA District 11 Chorus tryouts and will move on to the PMEA Region VI Chorus with a shot at the State chorus.
