The Royal Music & Arts Center in Glenside will host a Networking Open House and Pop-Up Vendor Fair on Saturday, June 17 from 2:00pm and 6:00pm.

The event intends to address items such as:

• Have you submitted a booking request and haven’t been booked yet?
• Are you looking to get more information on becoming a Royal volunteer?
• Are you interested in possibly serving on our board, but aren’t quite sure what that entails?

…and will feature the following vendors:

• The Ways Restaurant & Brewery  
• Hatter Matter Leather 
• Murphy’s Curious Goods
• Lost Laurels
• Visitor by Anubis Jones
• Ten Plus One Catering

From The Royal’s description:

We aim to build a monthly calendar that is diverse, so bring us your solo acts, duos, bands, comedians, drag acts, magicians or any other form of art you feel would appeal to an audience. We are open-minded and ready to listen. We aim to have roughly 50% original music in a month, with various other performances filling out the other 50%. We want to appeal to many audiences. 

If you are interested in all or any of these things and can’t make the event, please RSVP no and state what you are interested in. As many people know, everyone involved in running the venue currently works a whole other full time job – but we are using the month of June to plan and prepare for a lasting future for The Royal Music & Arts Center. We truly believe this venue is meant to be a community resource – so we want to hear from YOU! We want to meet YOU! Get involved and be part of a lasting community. A community that cares about every person that walks through the door.
