PennDOT recently announced that stormwater system replacement work will bring lane closures to a segment of Susquehanna Road in Abington Township next week.

The lane closures will be between Colonial Avenue and Easton Road and are scheduled from Monday, November 6 until Friday, November 10, 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near or through the work area because backups and delays will occur.

This work is part of a $14.9 million project to improve stormwater management and facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.
