The much-anticipated Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant at 2632 W Moreland Road in Willow Grove will host their grand opening on Tuesday, October 8.

An assistant manager told Glenside Local that a pre-opening gathering will take place starting at 8:00am with a ribbon cutting ceremony, raffles, a speech, and other celebratory activities.

The restaurant officially opens at 10:00am and will close at 12:00am, according to management.

Plans for the Willow Grove location were first announced in December 2023.

The chain was founded in 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, by Todd Graves and Craig Silvey and is named after Graves’ dog, a yellow Labrador. There are more than 700 locations across the country.
