The Dunkin’ Donuts at 6 E. Township Line Road in Elkins Park is moving through Cheltenham Township’s land development process and will come before the Planning Commission on Monday, January 22.

Dunkin’s developers are looking to add a drive-thru window which will involve demolishing an existing commercial building at 6 Township Line Road.

“They’re ultimately seeking approval by the board in February. That’s the anticipated time frame,” Henry Sekawungu, Director of Planning and Zoning, said.

The proposal has been in the works for over a year. In November 2022, Dunkin’ sought zoning relief from the Township.
