New Jersey police are searching for Frank Hutchinson, 31, who has past connections to Elkins Park and has not been heard from since May 25.

Hutchinson currently resides in Deptford Township, NJ, and was last seen operating a blue 2022 Acura TLX bearing New Jersey license plate D66-RFF.
