The 10,000, 41-room estate at 7925 Washington Lane in Wyncote has been on the market for about a month. Just down the road in Gladwyne, a 32-acre Gothic Revival estate just sold for 66% less than its original asking price after sitting on the market for years. Time will tell whether Wyncote’s century-old Horace Trumbauer design will find a suitor willing to pay the $2,300,000 original asking price.
