Mr. Helmut Manfred Boehm, a longtime Rockledge Borough (Abington Township) resident, WWII veteran, and two-time Grand Marshal for the Rockledge 4th of July Parade, now has a stretch of Huntingdon Pike dedicated in his honor.

The PFC Helmet Boehm Memorial Highway will be dedicated with a formal ceremony on November 12 at 10:00am. 

Mr. Boehm passed away on Monday, June 10. 2024. He was a resident of Rockledge since 1957 and served as an Ambulance Orderly in the 479th Motor Ambulance Company of the United States Army during World War II.
