Glenside Local’s Pet of the Week is Luna and she lives in Glenside. 

From the Owner..……………Luna is a five year old female lab mix who lives with us in Glenside ( 3 Kids / 2 parents).  She is unique in that she has one blue eye and one brown eye.  She was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis when she was one year old and has to be fed her food by hand, this is because her esophagus got stretched out as a result of the disease and she could aspirate. She has to sit up for 15 minutes  after eating too!  She is such a good girl and most dogs don’t survive this without the right care.  She sits patiently until we tell her she is done.
