The Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust will hold their Full Moon Hayride on Saturday, October 4th from 4 – 9 PM at the Trust’s Headquarters at 2955 Edge Hill Road in Huntingdon Valley (Lower Moreland Township).
The family-friendly event will feature live music from Philly-based Side Hustle and food, including homemade South Philly-style faire from The Jeet? Mobile, frozen treats from Weldon Coffee and Creamery’s ice cream bike, popcorn, a bake sale, a s’mores pit, and drinks for kids and adults.

The event will also include a drum circle presented by Tony Flagiello as well as fall-themed games and activities with a focus on nature. A new interactive addition this year is a cider press. Visitors of this station can press apples and sample the cider they produce.
Entry is free, but hayrides must be booked in advance at pennypacktrust.org. All proceeds benefit the Pennypack Trust and their mission to protect open space and habitat.
