The Upper Moreland Police Department is requesting assistance to locate Elijah Cruz, 16, who has not been home since Saturday, September 19.

Police said Cruz was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, green shorts and black sneakers, and goes by the nicknames “Eli” or “Jah”.
