Pennsylvania Turf Management Company, located at 2262 Mt Carmel Avenue in Glenside, was reportedly acquired by Ned’s Lawn Treatment, a division of national home services chain Ned’s Home.

Pennsylvania Turf Management Company was founded by Mark Schmid in 2006 and provides lawn fertilization, weed management, and aeration/overseeding services to residential customers in suburban Philadelphia.

“I chose to sell my business to Ned’s Home based (first) on their respect for my team and secondly their commitment to quality,” Schmid told Lawnandlandscape.com. “Their acquisitions team made the process of selling the business I spent nearly 20 years building incredibly smooth, quick, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.”
