Pennsylvanians can enroll in 2024 health insurance coverage through Pennie beginning Wednesday, November 1.

The enrollment period will remain open until January 15, 2024, though Pennie plans to extend the deadline to January 19.

Pennsylvanians who enroll by December 15 will have a coverage effective date of January 1, 2024. Pennsylvanians who enroll by January 19 will have a coverage effective date of February 1, 2024.
